We hope you're happy with your order, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn't right for you, you can return unwanted items up to 30 days from delivery and a full refund will be issued. Please make sure that all items are unused and in their original packaging (including tags intact) and are unwashed/unworn and in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit products once opened if they cannot be resealed, due to hygiene or safety reasons. We cannot accept used items back for a full refund. We encourage you to package your return appropriately in a box with sufficient packing as we will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Don’t forget to include your name and order number in your parcel.

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please email hello@lottiepoddy.co.uk so that I can put this right as quickly as possible.

Unless the goods were declared & confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect you will be responsible for the cost of return delivery charges. An amount of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund amount for the return postage costs

We will process your refund and let you know when we have received it. Please note that returns and refunds may take up to 14 days after arrival for internal processing.
 

Can I exchange an item?

Please be aware we are unable to process direct exchanges. Should you wish to swap your item for something else, you will need to return the item to us, as above and you will be issued a refund. You may re-order the item(s) that you wanted separately.
